Shipping

  • Currently I can only send orders within the UK.

  • All orders are posted using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

    I aim to dispatch pots within 5 working days of receiving the order.

  • You will be emailed a tracking link when your pot has been dispatched.

  • Not yet, but soon! I will be sorting out the logistics of pick up in the new year.

Returns and damages

  • I can refund products if they were purchased within the last 14 days and haven’t been used.

    Please email me to start the process.

    You will be required to cover the return shipping costs, and I will not refund the original shipping. Also, make sure to obtain proof of postage, as I will not be able to refund orders that get lost during the return journey.

  • All of my pots are thrown by hand on the wheel, so some slight variation in size and shape are to be expected. Glaze effects can also vary from pot to pot, based on application and its place in the kiln. All of these things are what makes each pot unique and special.

  • Lots of care goes into packaging your order so that it travels safely to you. If something does go wrong, please email me a picture as soon as possible and I can arrange a refund or replacement.

Caring for your pots

  • Yes, but hand washing is recommended.

  • Yes, but always make sure to avoid extreme changes in temperature, as this is what causes cracks.

  • Yes, all glazes have been fired to a high temperature and are stable and durable.
